• The selected candidate provided all information should be correct to the best of knowledge of the applicant and if found otherwise at any stage will result in the cancellation of the application.

Before proceeding to the application form, please carefully read the following terms and conditions:

• Rules and Regulations: Students enrolled in NITSEP are required to adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the organization. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary actions against the offending candidates, including expulsion from the program.
• Course Completion and Certification: To be eligible for certification, trainees must secure a 70% overall score, with the scoring breakdown as follows:
  • Watching topic videos through LMS: 50%
  • Quizzes: 25%
  • Projects: 15%
  • Quarterly Exams: 10%
  
  Certificates will be awarded upon successful course completion. The fee for each program is just Rs 450 per month which is equal to free, and these minor registration charges are non-refundable once paid.
• Training Duration and Termination: The candidate training program will last for 1 year, although the duration may increase depending on the content delivered. NITSEP management reserves the right to terminate a candidate's training at any stage without providing a reason.
• Accuracy of Information: All information provided by the candidate must be accurate to the best of the applicant's knowledge. Discovery of false information at any stage will result in the cancellation of the application.
• Selection/Rejection: The selection or rejection of candidates is purely based on qualification and a first-come, first-served basis.
• Management Decisions: Decisions made by NITSEP management regarding training, posting, or termination are final and not subject to challenge.
• Stipend: No stipend will be paid to candidates during their training period.
• Assessment Requirements: Candidates are required to clear 70% of quizzes, assignments, and exams in each quarterly period of 3 months to progress through the program.
• Free Laptop Scheme Eligibility: Only NITSEP students who have completed at least one complete course with a minimum of 85% marks will be eligible for the Free Laptop Scheme. This initiative is designed to reward high-achieving students and support their continued learning.
• Privacy and Data Protection: NITSEP is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its students. Data collected during the application and training process will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
• Amendments to Terms & Conditions: NITSEP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the students and applicants to stay informed of any changes.
